You will be able to see your construction budget and cost estimate live, along with all of the invoices, Floor plans, Engineering, Project Photos, Videos, Daily ToDo’s, Notes, Comments, Job Schedule, Weather related items, and other construction-related documents. You also get an interactive mobile app to access your build anywhere you have internet access.

Home Equity Guarantee
Every home built that is subject to a mortgage loan will be assured the home has the minimum equity required by your lender, or we won’t close the loan. Bank loans typically have an LTV (Loan to Value Ratio) which requires we build the home to meet the final appraisal and reserve equity standards as required by your lender and loan type. Every project is assessed and appraised upfront before construction begins and before the loan is closed to assure the finished home will have the minimum required equity as required by your lender and to make sure you are within budget.

Love it or List it – Satisfaction Guarantee
We are confident in our building process and ability to make you a happy homeowner, that we guarantee your satisfaction in the home we build. Within 2 years of receiving your final occupancy permit, if you are not 100% happy with your home, for any reason, or you just want to sell it and cash in on your equity, Realty10x (An affiliate of Diggs Custom Homes) will list and sell your home on the MLS for 1%. A selling office commission of 1%-3% may apply.

Most people want to save money. Our “Build With Us” program is our Sweat Equity build where the homeowners get involved with some of the construction items such as interior and exterior painting, site clean-up of construction materials and waste, home ventilation and dry out, ordering a temporary toilet, temp power and temp water as needed. The customer is responsible and manages all site work and utility connections and more. This helps homeowners save money which can be several thousand to tens of thousands depending on the level of work participation. We also offer “Turn-Key” assistance to build your home with the least amount of work involved. We have trade partners that will help you through every step of the process so you do little to no work. IN all cases the homeowner is responsible for the site development work. We can assist with contractor information, scheduling and other information to help identify and schedule the work to be done prior to home construction.
