Don Leske
CEO | SALES MANAGER
Don’s love of all things real estate has motivated him to spend the last 30 years in buying and selling, construction, remodeling, rehabbing, flipping, lending, and land development. He is an award-winning dynamic real estate professional helping hundreds of clients buy, sell, and "build" new homes. Don also has a deep background in residential mortgage lending, previously working at local banks and mortgage companies as a Residential Mortage Loan Officer generating hundreds of loans giving him inside technical knowledge of the inner workings of construction loans and lending. Don has been a consultant in many residential land development projects including raw land development, entitlements, preliminary plat approval, engineered, finished plats, re-zoning, and entire plat re-development and sales. He has been involved directly with the sale, design, management and construction of hundreds of homes throughout the PNW.
A specialty skill Don learned from the last recession was acquiring the knowledge to acquire development plats and partially finished lots from distressed banks and consult with builders to finish the lots and develop value engineered floor plans thus reducing inherent risk and profitably build through the recession. Don sold hundreds of new homes this way accurately skillfully entering the market with the right price and product. As a broker consultant to builder clients, Don has helped to orchestrate several hundred new construction build-outs and sales from the initial planning through large sub-divisions and spot lots, site selection, site layouts, complete custom floor plan designs, assisted with budgets, finish selections, inspections, hired/negotiated sub-contractors, post-sale customer service warranties and more. Don has personally financially funded the down payments for the purpose of acquisition and building out plats. Don has a long history of Nationwide record-breaking sales performance in the highly competitive real estate sales industry. Previously ranked in the top 1/10th of 1% in the United States for several years in a row (As recognized by the Wall Street Journal and TPCAR) and is uniquely positioned to fully understand the entire new home building process. Don has also been through several up and down markets and is well equipped with experienced-based knowledge and refined tools to end-up on top, time and time again. Don is a long time Pierce County resident and has 2 boys with his wife Sarah. As someone that grew-up underprivileged, Don finds great joy in giving financial and other support to local charities specifically for disadvantaged youths.

Kevin McSherry
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Kevin has been in construction for nearly 30 years. Starting out in the tile trade at an early age, he was running his own crews and contracting by the age of 21. His experience grew as he learned and became proficient at several other trades, including framing, electrical, and finished carpentry. After over 20 years in the trades he moved into management and has experience in "on your lot" residential construction, as well as pre platted neighborhood construction. His experience in the trades along with his efficient, effective communication skills and sharp eye for detail are the tools he uses to successfully carry multiple projects with quality, timely results. When he's not building homes he enjoys camping, kayaking, rooting for his favorite teams, and barbecuing with friends and family. His hobbies include tile mosaics, playing his bass guitar, and building furniture out of live edge wood slabs.

Roger Morris
PROJECT MANAGER | SUPERINTENDENT
Roger Morris is the Project manager for Diggs Custom Homes. Roger brings over three decades of experience, from tiny back yard “She Sheds” to mega-mansions. Roger has been involved in nearly all phases of construction, from the foundation to the roof. He has a keen eye for the details and the process of managing a construction project from the early stages of conceptual design through planning and construction. He thrives when things become complex, he enjoys overcoming obstacles while maintaining a high level of communication and transparency. Roger prides himself on building both ethically and with integrity. Roger ventured into construction in the early 1990’s with his brother-in-law, becoming a general contractor, specializing in remodeling where he became experienced in all facets of construction. Soon, thereafter, Roger started his own company and went on to develop a successful residential construction business for over three decades. Roger went on to build many breathtaking homes including the Fisher House on JBLM. When not building, Roger enjoys being in the outdoors with his lovely wife and soulmate of 32 years, he also treasures the time he gets to spend with his three adult children and four beautiful grand children.

Angela Earp
PRE CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR
Angela’s real estate career began in 1996 when she first obtained a real estate license. From there, Angela has managed homeowner associations as well as single-family homes and worked in the wholesale mortgage industry. However, the bulk of Angela’s career has been spent in new residential construction. Having spent the last 20 years in management for production builders in the Pierce County area, Angela is well versed in what it takes to run a successful, profitable & efficient job from permit to final occupancy. In her free time, Angela enjoys spending time with her family, boating, & traveling.

Tina Elston
ACCOUNTING
Tina has been in accounting for the past 35+ years - fresh out of high school up until now. The vast majority of these years have been spent in the construction industry, whether it was for a vendor to local builders or for the builders directly. When not working, she enjoys spending time with friends, cooking, and hanging out in her back yard. She does this with her husband and two boys, who have been racing motocross for over 15 years. The boys recently moved into national hill climbing on motorcycles and are in the top 10 in several classes.

Sarah Leske
ADMINISTRATION
Sarah Leske has been in all things associated with real estate since 2001. After purchasing many homes and buildings herself, she knows how to run the back-end of a home building company. Sarah is exceptionally strong at General Operations and Administration. Sarah has managed a team of 27 people and has managed accounts in excess of $100M in GSR. Sarah knows how to find efficiencies and ensure great communication through the implementation of technology and systems.
