Don Leske
Principal

Don’s love of all things real estate has motivated him to spend the last 30 years in buying and selling, construction, remodeling, rehabbing, flipping, lending, and land development. He is an award-winning dynamic real estate professional helping hundreds of clients buy, sell, and build new homes.  Don also has a deep background in residential mortgage lending, previously working at local banks and mortgage companies as a Residential Mortage Loan Officer generating hundreds of loans giving him inside technical knowledge of the inner workings of construction loans and lending. Don has been a consultant in many residential land development projects including raw land development, entitlements, preliminary plat approval, engineered, finished plats, re-zoning, and entire plat re-development and sales. He has been involved directly with the sale, design, and construction of hundreds of homes.

A specialty skill Don learned from the last recession was acquiring the knowledge to acquire development plats and partially finished lots from distressed banks and consult with builders to finish the lots and develop value engineered floor plans thus reducing inherent risk and profitably build through the recession. Don sold hundreds of new homes this way accurately skillfully entering the market with the right price and product. As a broker consultant to builder clients, Don has helped to orchestrate several hundred new construction build-outs and sales from the initial planning through large sub-divisions and spot lots, site selection, site layouts, complete custom floor plan designs, assisted with budgets, finish selections, inspections, hired/negotiated sub-contractors, post-sale customer service warranties and more. Don has personally financially funded the down payments for the purpose of acquisition and building out plats. Don has a long history of Nationwide record-breaking sales performance in the highly competitive real estate sales industry. Previously ranked in the top 1/10th of 1% in the United States for several years in a row (As recognized by the Wall Street Journal and TPCAR) and is uniquely positioned to fully understand the entire new home building process. Don has also been through several up and down markets and is well equipped with experienced-based knowledge and refined tools to end-up on top, time and time again. Don is a long time Pierce County resident and has 2 boys with his wife Sarah. As someone that grew-up underprivileged, Don finds great joy in giving financial and other support to local charities specifically for disadvantaged youths.

William Walsh
Construction Manager | Estimating

William has been in the building industry for over 30 years, creating everything from small residential homes to larger luxury homes and high-rise commercial buildings. He has personally managed and built over 1,000 homes, which is why he makes a great addition to our construction team as our construction manager and estimator. He thrives on working with clients to make sure that their home project is built to the best standards and stays on schedule.

Besides spending time with his large family of six girls and two grandchildren, he enjoys riding his Harley, camping, hiking, fishing, and flying.  This past year, William remodeled an amazing historic home from 1910. While in the midst of renovation, William took a moment to wonder what was going to happen with the old wood. He felt like it was a shame to let it go to waste. So he decided to make small projects out of it: Like barn doors, floating shelves, planter boxes shutters, and window covers.

Janell Dell
Accounting | Marketing

Janell originally hails from Alaska, but has called the Pacific Northwest her home for the majority of her life. She has worked in accounting for the past 5 years, but her real passion is marketing. This passion is inspiring her to currently attend school to gain her Bachelors Degree in Communications, so she can further her expertise in the field. Her father was a general contractor, and she grew up on job sites and in the building life. She loves being able to be a part of the process of helping people get in to custom homes that they love.

Administration

Sarah Leske has been a licensed real estate agent since 2001. After purchasing many homes herself she knows what buyers are looking for in a home and what kind of homes to avoid. Sarah is exceptionally strong at keeping buyers informed and communicating with her customers. She enjoys helping buyers get the best home at the absolute best price possible.

Ron Harrison
Sales | Construction Supervisor

Ron has been in the construction field for the last 16 years building homes and managing projects in residential, commercial, and large scale state contracts. He has personally built over 800 homes in his career. He can build homes from the ground up and can handle all phases of construction. Ron has personally had a hand in every project he’s managed and has a passion for quality along with a drive to produce projects on time.
